If you received damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items
In case you received damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items, please email us within 15 days upon receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
If you want to return the tea and/or teaware
If you're not completely happy with your purchase and would like to process a return, please contact us at support@zana-tea.com within 15 days upon receiving your order.
We can accept a return of unused, unopened, and undamaged item in its original packaging for a refund, minus the cost of the return shipping label fee ($8.50).
